The sigaApp is a mobile application for the management information system of customer service - sigä, that allows the management of waiting queues. This application allows remote management of visits to a customer service by the possibility of obtaining a ticket on the smartphone to be attended.

You can search by district or proximity, and choose the service and topic you want to address. This app replicates the ticket dispenser found at the service location, allowing you to conveniently and remotely obtain a ticket with just a touch.

With sigaApp, you can get information about:

• The nearest customer service
• The number of people waiting
• An estimated wait time
• The best way to get there by consulting the map

With the ticket automatically saved in the "My Tickets" section, you just need to show it to the attendant when it's your turn.

sigaApp is provided by public customer service that uses this queue management system, and it's up to them to define the schedule for mobile tickets as well as the topics covered.
